Yes, any account holder residing outside country can register e-Pay and opt email to receive OTP via registered mail.

De-registration is crucial for security reasons because ePay can only be registered on a single device by one user.
In case of Successful fund transfer within BDB or other banks where amount gets deducted but it is not credited then it will get credited (forced-credit) in the next working days or within 24hrs to Receiver/Creditor.
In case of Unsuccessful fund transfer within BDB or other banks where amount gets deducted then it will get credited (charge-back) in the next working days or within 24hrs to Sender/Debtor.
The account turns into dormant account if the account holder does not do any account transaction (withdrawal/Deposit) for 1 year. To reactivate this account, the client can visit Head Office or any branch office and need to do transaction. Also, customers can mail the reactivation form at info@bdb.bt
The facilities that will be offered through ATM as of now are:
All the signature account holders are eligible for ATM facility provided they maintain a minimum balance.
The ATM card is to be collected from the branch that you have applied to after receiving call from that branch. The applicant has to personally visit the Branch to collect the Card.
You can withdraw cash maximum up to Nu 40,000 in a day from ATM.
