ANNOUNCEMENT OF LOAN DEFERMENT
This is in continuation to our earlier announcement, the Bhutan Development Bank would like to gently remind our borrowers that the loan deferment facility will end on 30th of June 2024. Those borrowers whose loans were deferred till 30th of June 2024 and would like to seek further deferment are requested to visit our nearest branches and submit duly filled loan deferment form latest by 5 pm on 30th of June 2024.
Based on the forms submit, the bank will assess the eligibility of the request for deferment and will inform the borrowers of the assessment outcome accordingly. For those borrowers who have not submitted the form, the bank will presume that the borrower do not need the deferment facility and would like to continue loan repayments.
For borrower’s kind information, loans against Shares and Housing/Home loans will not be eligible for deferment.
