Housing loan is provided to the Bhutanese citizen public for the following purposes:

Construction of new house/Purchase of house or flat.
For the repair/renovation/reconstruction of the existing house.

Commercial Housing LoanMaximum Loan is 50 million or LTV 80%
More than 50 million or LTV 70%

Commercial Housing Loan: 9.00%

Home Loan	9.00%	9.25%	9.75%
Commercial Housing Loan	10.75%	10.75%	10.75%

TENURE

Maximum term period of 30 Years for both.

EligibilityLand on which the construction is to be carried out should be in the name of the applicant.
Must be 18 years and above
Must be creditworthy

Documents Required
Architectural drawing of the building to be constructed
Copy of Land ownership certificate
Estimated rental income for the building
