    e-Pay is an BDBL mobile banking app that enables users to conveniently use for fund transfer, Loan repayment and settle utility bills through online transactions.

  • 3. How to de-register e-Pay?

    Login to e-Pay>> Click on left-top corner having three lines>>De-Register

  • 4. How can we change Mpin and Tpin through e-Pay?

    Login to e-Pay>> Click on left-top corner having three lines>>Change Credentials

  • 5. How to do card less withdrawal from ePay?
    • Login to ePay
    • Select Cardless Cash
    • Select source account and enter the amount
    • click on Submit
    • Enter T-Pin Number
    • OTP will be sent to registered mobile number
    • Go to nearby BDB ATM Press on CARDLESS CASH
    • Enter OTP
    • Enter Mobile Number Enter Amount
    • Collect the cash and enjoy hassle free banking
  • 6. Can I use e-Pay outside Bhutan?

    Yes, any account holder residing outside country can use e-Pay.

  • 7. Is it possible to get OTP through email?

    Yes, if the account holder has provided email during account opening.

  • 8. Whom to contact in case of any problem in e-Pay?

    Contact with 1424 or email at info@bdb.bt

  • 9. Why de-registration is important?

    De-registration is crucial for security reasons because ePay can only be registered on a single device by one user.

  • 10. How to get deducted amount back while doing fund transfer to other banks or within BDB?

    In case of Successful fund transfer within BDB or other banks where amount gets deducted but it is not credited then it will get credited (forced-credit) in the next working days or within 24hrs to Receiver/Creditor.

     

    In case of Unsuccessful fund transfer within BDB or other banks where amount gets deducted then it will get credited (charge-back) in the next working days or within 24hrs to Sender/Debtor.

  • 11. How can we reactivate dormant account?

    The account turns into dormant account if the account holder does not do any account transaction (withdrawal/Deposit) for 1 year. To reactivate this account, the client can visit Head Office or any branch office and need to do transaction.

    Also, customers can mail the reactivation form at info@bdb.bt

  • 1. What are the facilities offered through ATM?

    The facilities that will be offered through ATM as of now are:

    • Cash Withdrawal
    • Fast Cash
    • Mini statement
    • Balance Inquiry
    • Pin Change
    • Funds Transfer
  • 2. What is the eligibility for ATM card facility?

    All the signature account holders are eligible for ATM facility provided they maintain a minimum balance.

  • 3. How do I receive the ATM card?

    The ATM card is to be collected from the branch that you have applied to after receiving call from that branch. The applicant has to personally visit the Branch to collect the Card

  • 4. What is the daily cash withdrawal limit?

    You can withdraw cash maximum up to Nu 40,000 in a day from ATM.

    • Per transaction: 15,000
    • Per day limit: 40,000
