The Management of Bhutan Development Bank (BDB) would like to announce vacancy for the position indicated below in the table:

1	General Manager, Retail & Branch Operations Division	1	Contract basis 3 years (Extendable based on the performance and requirement)	– Minimum of bachelor’s degree from a recognized university obtained on a full-time study mode  – Should have completed at least 10 years’ work experience in the field of Banking/Financial Institutions. – Should have held position of head for a minimum period of 3 years. – Preference shall be given to a candidate with experience in Banking or Financial Institutions.  – Candidate should not be older than 50 years of age at the time of submitting the job application	– Basic pay Nu. 62,530 per month with an annual increment of 2.5 % of the basic pay – 60% Contract Allowance of the basic pay – Fixed Allowance Nu. 37,518 – Monthly prorated LTC Nu. 1250 – 25% PBVI (Subject to fulfillment of Annual Performance Compact)  – Other entitlements as per the HR ISR  – The remuneration shall be further negotiated based on the work experience and relevancy

1. Copy of valid Citizenship Identity Card; 
2. A copy of Academic Transcripts of Class X, XII & bachelor’s degree and other certificates, if applicable. 
3. A copy of valid Security Clearance Certificate (approved online) 
4. Valid Medical Certificate not exceeding 6 months from the date of issue; 
5. NOC from the current employer, if already employed and selected; 
6. Certified documents to support total number of years of work experience and position(s) held along with duration; 
7. CIB report; 
8. Only the prescribed qualification against the vacancy announced will be accepted. 

Shortlisted candidates will be intimated through phone call as well as announced in BDB website for the conduct of interview. Original documents should be produced at the time of interview.
