Bhutan Development Bank Limited (BDB) is pleased to announce the public auction of immovable & movable properties scheduled as follows.

• Date: June 23^rd, 2026
• Time: 10:30 AM
• Venue: Chamber, General Manager, HR & Logistics, Head Office, Thimphu
• Bidder Registration: 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM

The interested bidders are requested to inspect properties if desired prior to auction. All properties will be sold on an “AS IS WHERE IS BASIS”. Bhutan Development Bank Limited (BDB) also invites sealed bids for the following seized movable property:

Terms and conditions: 

1. The bidders can purchase a Bid Form with Registration Fees of Nu. 300/- (Ngultrum Three Hundred) (non-refundable) during Office hours from Auction Unit, Head Office.
2. The bidders have to deposit an EMD of Nu. 25,000.00 (Twenty Five Thousand Only) in the form of cash, demand draft or cash warrant addressed to Chairman, Auction Committee, BDB, Thimphu, along with the bid form. Any bid not accompanied by acceptable EMD shall be rejected.
3. Ensure that your bid is placed in a sealed envelope.  
4. Last date of submission of sealed bids is on or before 10:00 AM on 23^rd June 2026. 
5. Seal bids will be opened from 10.30 AM on 23^rd June 2026 in the Chamber, General Manager, HR & Logistics, Head Office, Thimphu.
