Vacancy Announcement for the post of Strategic Human Resource Officer

The Management of Bhutan Development Bank (BDB) would like to announce vacancy for the position indicated below in the table:

1	Strategic Human Resource Officer	01	Regular & Grade VII/VI. The grade shall be negotiated based on the work experience and relevancy.	Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree with major in HRM from the recognized university obtained on a full-time study mode:Degree mark: 55%Class XII mark : 55%Class X mark: 55%Should possess at least 5 years work experience in HR at the time of application.	Gross Pay between Nu. 48,734/- & 57,810/-. 25% PBVI (Subject to fulfillment of Annual Performance Compact). Other entitlements as per BDB HR ISR.

Mandatory Documents:

1. Copy of valid Citizenship Identity Card;
2. A copy of Academic Transcripts of Class X, XII & Bachelor’s Degree and other certificates, if applicable.
3. A copy of valid Security Clearance Certificate(approved online)
4. Valid Medical Certificate not exceeding 6 months from the date of issue;
5. NOC from the current employer, if already employed and selected;
6. Certificated documents to support number of years of work experience and position(s) held  along with duration;
7. Only the prescribed qualification against the vacancy announced will be accepted.

Shortlisted candidates will be intimated through call as well as announced in BDB website for the conduct of written exam and interview. Original documents should be produced at the time of interview. In case of withdrawal, the next candidate in line will be considered on merit basis.
