Auction Notification – Seized Vehicles and Machineries (Sealed Bid)

Bhutan Development Bank Ltd (BDB) is pleased to announce the public auction of seized vehicles and machineries through sealed bid tender. Therefore, the interested bidders are invited to participate through sealed bid tender along with the earnest money deposit (EMD) in cash warrant/bank guarantee/demand draft. The cash warrant/bank guarantee/demand draft must be addressed to the Chairman, Auction Committee, BDB, Head Office, Thimphu.

The sealed bid must be submitted to the Chairman, Auction Committee, Head Office, Thimphu on or before by 12:00 PM, on 15th July 2025. The sealed bid tender shall be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM in the BDB Training Hall, Head Office, Thimphu followed by awarding of winning bidder. The interested bidders must inspect the vehicles and printer machine physically. The mere act of submission of tender implies that the bidders accept without any question the terms and conditions attached.

Interested bidders may collect the bidding documents from Auction Unit, BDB, Head Office, Thimphu during office hours after payment of registration fee of Nu.300/- (non-refundable).
