SHORTLISTING ANNOUNCEMENT

BDB is pleased to announce the shortlisted candidate for the various positions. The shortlisted candidates are advised to report to HRM Division, BDB Corporate Office, Chubachu, Thimphu on May 3, 2023 from 9:15 AM with the following original documents for verification.

1. Copy of valid Citizenship Identity Card;
2. A copy of Academic Transcripts of Bachelor’s degree and others;
3. A copy of valid Security Clearance Certificate;
4. Valid Medical Certificate not exceeding 6 months from the date of issue;
5. A copy of Audit Clearance Certificate from Royal Audit Authority as may be applicable;
6. Work Experience Certificate/Letter as may be applicable;
7. A copy of appointment order as may be applicable if currently employed;
8. NOC from the current employer, if already employed;
9. A copy of tax clearance certificate and CIB report.

Note – Shortlisted candidate:

The written examination and viva voce is scheduled on May 5, 2023. The venue of the conduct of the written exam and viva voce is as follows

Written Exam Start @ 9:30 AM Sharp

Venue: Training Hall (1st Floor), Corporate Office, BDB, Thimphu.

Personal Interview (viva-voce):

From 2:30 PM onwards

Venue: Board Room (2nd Floor), Corporate Office, BDB, Thimphu.

System Administrator

Date: May 5, 2023

From 2:30 PM onwards

Venue: Training Hall (1st Floor), Corporate Office, BDB, Thimphu.
