BDB eBanking Terms & Conditions

Please read the Terms and Conditions for BDB Finacle E-banking Application (FEBA) before proceeding

Before logging to the BDB Finacle E-banking Application, make sure that you read all the terms and conditions carefully. Once you tick the box in login page, it is assumed that you have read and accepted all the terms and conditions of the bank.

DOs

  • Ensure the website you visit is the real website of the bank.
  • It is advisable to always check your bank statements, loan balances, etc.
  • User credentials (login password and transaction Password) must be kept secret to yourself.
  • Make sure that you have logged out of the system once it is being used.
  • While setting passwords, ensure that the new password is strong enough (mixture of special characters, capital letters and small letters)
  • Maintain adequate length of the password (8 to 15 letters), so that you won’t forget password.
  • If you have any queries regarding Internet Banking or terms and Conditions, please call our Customer Service at 1424.
  • Change the password before it gets expired. Password gets expired every three months.
  • Type your username and password carefully. You are permitted only three times to attempt if the password does not match and it will get locked automatically. In case the user gets locked, contact bank for unlocking the user.
  • Follow the procedure to create internet banking account with the bank. You must fill the Internet Banking Registration Form uploaded in BDB website and submit to nearest BDB branch.

DON’Ts

  • Do not use the system from public places such as internet café.
  • Never share your credentials (Passwords) with friends, especially via email.
  • Do not forget to logout the system and close the browser once it is being used.
  • Never use words from dictionary, and information related to your name and username in password.
  • Don’t keep your password too long that you cannot remember.
  • Do not respond to any email asking for your password and personal information. If you receive any email from the bank, call them first and make appropriate inquiries before doing anything.
